Once those steps are completed, you're on our list!
Puppy Questionnaire
As a breeder it is my responsibility to make sure that each puppy I breed is placed in the most appropriate environment. As such, I ask that you complete the questionnaire below. It will help me learn about your family, lifestyle and preparedness for assuming care of a doodle. Remember, adopting a dog is a 12-15 year commitment!
Thank you so much for taking time to complete this portion of the process! Dont forget to sign your Waitlist agreement and submit your $300 deposit. Please note; you must send a deposit to be added to the waitlist. Once these steps are all complete, You are added!! Congratulations!
Waitlist Agreement
Located below is our Waitlist Agreement. By signing this agreement, you agree to submit a $300 non-refundable deposit. This can be done by utilizing the PayPal button located at the bottom of this page or by Venmo using the account name: @On_Pointe_Doodles
Upon completion of these steps, you will be added to our waitlist!
Final Contract
The time has come!! As a final measure to ensure you and your puppy are protected, On Pointe Doodles requests that you fill out and submit your "FINAL CONTRACT AGREEMENT". Please read carefully and reach out with any questions you may have. If you are picking up in person a paper copy is available for you to sign. No need to complete if picking up in person.
If you are utilizing a flight or ground nanny service, you can submit final payment via Venmo account @On_Pointe_Doodles. All in person pick ups are required to pay CASH at time of pick up. PayPal CAN NOT be used for final payment per PayPal policy.
